Permanent jewelry is welded together instead of secured with a clasp (although there is a clasp option if the permanent kind is not for you!) Asbury Lanes hosts local and national touring acts, DJs, themed events, and, of course, bowling. Be sure to check the event calendar to see what’s on the schedule before rallying the girl gang. If there is an event or concert date on the calendar page, the lanes will not be open for bowling unless otherwise stated. Bowling is available at $30 per half hour and up to six guests can be accommodated per lane. Shoe rentals are $5 on-site. Whether you’re bowling or watching a show, you can grab a drink at the bar or enjoy a meal at the on-site retro-themed diner, which has everything from delicious boozy shakes to loaded waffle fries.

Don’t Tell Comedy Show | Surprise Location in Asbury Park

This pop-up event is the Jersey Shore’s best-kept secret comedy show. Don’t Tell Comedy Show is a unique, live comedy show experience that always has an unknown location and lineup. The precise indoor location and other important show details are sent to ticket holders on the day of the show. All of the comedians remain unknown until they take the stage. Don’t Tell Comedy specializes in introducing audiences to the best-emerging talent as well as a mix of local and nationally touring comedians. You never know who might show up. Don’t Tell Comedy shows are BYOB and for ages 21+. Tickets can be purchased online.

Lovesick is a groovy little wine bar located on Cookman Avenue that has over 170 wines, hosts monthly tastings and events, and has a wine subscription program. Lovesick is the perfect spot to cozy up with your girlfriends and indulge in the vast wine collection and unique small bites. On Fridays, Lovesick hosts a vinyl DJ and on Saturdays, DJs begin at 8PM.

Lovelight Handmade’s studio is a multi-purpose, collaborative space that offers classes, workshops, and Lovelight’s trademark candles along with goods by other local makers. PNC Bank Arts Center is a partially outdoor amphitheater in Holmdel, New Jersey that hosts national touring artists from May to September. The 2024 season is stacked with acts ranging from Avril Lavigne and Alanis Morissette to The Beach Boys and Santana. There is nothing better than enjoying a live concert from the PNC Bank Arts Center lawn on a warm spring, summer, or early fall night. Plus, parking is free and the venue is located right on the parkway, so getting home is a breeze. Pack coolers and tailgate in the lots with all of your best friends before the show.

Brighter Days Candle Co. hosts candle-making workshops at its Marlboro, New Jersey studio. A candle expert from the Brighter Days team will guide a group in creating their candles. A ticket to a candle-making workshop includes two, 8-oz hand-poured, scented wooden wick soy candles and the opportunity to pick and create a candle name, scent, and label. Lovely Lioness provides pole dance, aerial hammock dance, aerial silks, Lyra, chair dance, exotic floor dance, lap dance, and striptease classes at the Jersey Shore. Lovely Lioness promotes positive body image and strives to empower students to feel strength with confidence.
