Local bars, restaurants, and community organizers host costume contests for various ages and categories, offering up some insanely huge cash prizes and giveaways, not to mention bragging rights. Pet owners have a plethora of parades and costume contests to enter their fur babies in all month long. There is no shortage of ways to get into the Halloween spirit.
